Refund policy

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund.

How to Return

  1. Email support@indoorcyclingsolutions.com with your order number.
  2. We'll provide you with the return address in response
  3. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt.

Used or assembled trainers may be subject to a restocking fee.
