Wahoo ELEMNT BOLT Two Bolt Out Front Mount

Wahoo ELEMNT BOLT Two Bolt Out Front Mount

£19.99

The two-bolt out-front mount for the ELEMNT BOLT, for bars that provide a flat pad or drilled holes rather than a round section to clamp. On a modern aero road bike this is frequently the only mount that will physically fit.

Out front is the right place for a race computer. The screen sits in your eyeline so you read power and heart rate with a glance rather than a head drop, and on a BOLT the whole assembly stays small and tight to the bike.

Who this suits

BOLT riders with an integrated cockpit, aero bars with a flat top section, or a bar with a purpose-made mounting pad. Also anyone replacing a cracked mount — worth having a spare if you race.

Who wants something else

On conventional round bars a clamp-on aero mount is simpler. For a compact cockpit, the stem mount. ROAM owners want the ROAM two-bolt mount instead, and TT riders the aerobar mount.

Whatever you fit, a tether is cheap insurance against the mount letting go at speed.

Not sure which mount you need?

Wahoo mount naming is genuinely confusing, and the wrong one is the most common accessory return we deal with. Tell us your computer model and how your bars are set up — round bars, integrated cockpit, aero extensions — and we will confirm the right part before you order rather than after.

Frequently asked questions

Will it fit my bars?

It needs a flat pad or two threaded holes. Send us a photo of your cockpit and your bike model and we will confirm.

Does it fit a ROAM?

This is specified for BOLT. ROAM owners should take the ROAM version.

What torque should I use?

Follow your handlebar or cockpit manufacturer's figure rather than the mount's, since the bar is the part that will fail if overtightened.
